After easter brunch we had to visit the coach store. Kris visited her pink shoes. I was lucky they did not have her size! Few! Dodged that bullet! Ha! We worked our way down michigan ave and watched WGN radio broadcast and the super huge trump tower... We crossed the river and made our way to the theater and caught a show!

We celebrated Easter on the 96th floor of the John Handcock building with a brunch that streached the entire length of the dinning room! A increadable meal with my increadable wife with a increadable view! The easter bunny even stopped by to say hi!

Sat night was full of big city fun! First stop was OYSY for sushi and martinis... This place rocks then off and then off to POPS a champagne bar where sean had a cucumber champagne drink called the high sage. Made with hendricks gin cucumbers sage and champagne! It was amazing. Kris had some of her signature champagne. After POPS we headed over to Howl at the Moon for some dueling piano music and nachos! We then had dinner at the webber grill restaurant. Everything was cooked on the largest webber grills in the world. It was amazing food and company!

It rained sat morning so kris and I took to the subway and headed to the art museam for the morning.

Once the rain was over it turned out to be an amazing day! We followed the art tour with a walk through the parks checking out milliem park the fountain from married with children and to grant park. We then had lunch at a corner deli followed by shopping at the largest macy's (the old M Fields). They where having a flower show that was pretty niffty plus the store was amazingly huge! We had so much fun just touring around!

Today we left minneasota and landed in chicago at 830 am! Wow what a early day! We road the L into the city and where on the corner of clark & lake in under 45 minutes. After a short walk we where at our hotel... The hilton garden inn and thanks to mom and her super star point status we are on the 20th floor over looking michigan ave. We wondered around chicago and michigan ave checking out all the sights! It was a great morning! Kris did some shopping at coach and at the bently dealership... I checked out the apple store and the new ipad... I was nice and warm and this windy city is packed! We had to swing by the american girl store and see debby's new office and visit with sophia! Well back to the hotel to freshen up and off to the colonial for dinner!

Check out some pictures from dinner last night! Being a baby free vacation this week we made reservations at cosmos last night. It was a great time! We had the dinning room almost entirely to our selves. Shhhh... I told kris I bought out the whole restaurant! Ha ha ha... We had a great tasting meal created by Chef Hakan Lundberg. It was wonderful 3 course meal with a couple signiture martinis. Since the restaurant was so slamed I asked if we could checkout the chefs table. They where happy to show off the restaurant to us. Chef Hankan gave us a quick tour of the kitchen and showed us what they could do for the chefs table! It was some good eats and good times!
